Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Cancellation requests are subject to approval based on the order's status.
